Bright and early in the morning on 27th November, I came to work and placed six $10 notes around the campus. Three of them were in staff only areas while another three were in areas accessible by anyone, students and staff alike.

Hard core sales teams motivated by commissions that have the potential to double or triple their take home pay needs to be a thing of the past. Instead, the student recruitment and admissions team has to function more like career guidance counsellors.

Everyone should strive to excel at their jobs and surpass their goals. However, this excellence becomes a problem when you become the reliable workhorse that gets the job done no matter what.

Millennials. Often seen as the strawberry generation that lack grit. These entitled, hard to please employees annoy many a human resources department with their constant job hopping, making employee retention a nightmare.
